I retained this attorney for a family member that is currently in federal prison. After he requested and was paid $1500 retainer fee he would no longer respond to phone calls. After I sent a message asking for a refund of the retainer he declined to refund any portion of the retainer even though the contract clearly stated that unused portions would be refunded. Attorney Bradley M Glaze went to the prison once to visit the client and did not provide any services aside from the initial visit to the prison. That visit was to interview the client regarding the case details.
I decided to post a review because when retaining an attorney I have encourtered several stories regarding individuals being taken advantage of by attorneys. When negative posts are written the attorneys often have friends, family, and employees to post positive reviews; this is another example of their cunning and unethical use of legal practice. I was extremely unhappy with the services that Bradley Glaze provided; and now I will have to spend additional money and time trying to get a refund of the retainer.
Attorney Bradley Glaze was also asked to provide an invoice of hours worked on the case and he did not provide invoice hours. If you are looking for an honest reliable attorney. I advise you to look else where. He could have easily placed in the contract that the unused portion of the retainer would not be refunded since he obviously had no intentions of refunding the unused portion after going absolutely little to no work.
