Family law includes issues regarding areas like: marriage, divorce, separation, property settlements, alimony, spousal abuse, child abuse, child support, child custody, modification, contempt, temporary restraining orders (and preliminary injunctions), domestic violence abuse protection orders, paternity, adoptions, termination of parental rights, youth court practice, name changes, wills and estates, grandparents' visitation, guardianships, conservatorships, and commitments (A & D/Mental).

Criminal law includes: misdemeanor and/or felony defense(s) in Justice Courts, Municipal Courts, as well as County and Circuit Courts across the State of Mississippi. I also do hearings concerning bond settings and reductions, preliminary hearings, arraignments, probation and/or parole revocation hearings, plea negotiations, expungements, and other numerous forms of post-conviction relief. Appeals and MDOC proceedings are included.

General practice includes a wide range of legal services such as civil suits, debt collection, leases, rental agreements, and essentially common lawsuits and negotiations, and preparing everyday agreements and contracts. I do civil and criminal appellate work as well.
