Kelly Hagan Smith

As a Member of the firm, Kelly maintains an active practice providing legal representation and support to lenders, developers and, also, local, regional and national clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions and business transactions throughout Mississippi and West Tennessee. She has over fifteen years of experience in handling and managing escrow and closings from single residences to entire subdivision developments to multi-use properties and multi-tenant buildings.

Kelly is a native of DeSoto and Tate Counties having graduated from Hernando High School. She is also a graduate of the University of Mississippi and the University of Mississippi School of Law, having obtained a license to practice law in both Mississippi and Tennessee in 1998. She is a member of the DeSoto County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Mississippi Bar Association. Kelly has been very active with the Mississippi state bar, having been appointed or elected to the Board of Bar Commissioners, the Women in the Profession Committee, the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Task Force. Mrs. Smith is actively involved in many local organizations including the Homebuilders Association of North Mississippi, the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors and is currently a Board Member for the Hernando Chamber of Commerce.
