Conservatorship for my mother

James D. Franks has been my attorney since March 2017. He has been the most attentive and personable lawyer that I have ever known. Mr. Franks was very detailed with the steps that I would need to take in order to gain conservatorship for my mother. The conservatorship was approved by the courts; bu...t I had many other legal issues to deal with on her behalf and he advised me on those too. He always returned my calls in a timely manner and was very concerned about my mother's condition at all times. I was in other court proceedings for my mother and I saw him with his other clients. He came to see why I was there and he stepped up to appear in front of the judge with me because he knew my mother's legal issues. I would recommend James D. Franks to anyone needing an attorney.

Great Service Provided

Excellent service was provided by Mr. Franks and his associates in resolving the issues. He was able to coordinate having all the charges against us dismissed without requiring our appearance. Great Expection

Mr. Franks provided very proffessional advice as well as representation in my case. Walked me through the process every step of the way that allowed me the freedom to maintain my business and life without interruption.
