Seth Clayton Crabtree

In my late twenties I got into the first legal trouble of my life at a very inconvenient time professionally and wanted to make sure the consequences were as minimized as possible. I had a good feeling from my first meeting with Seth. He wasn't the first lawyer I spoke to, but when others were pessimistic about being able to reduce my charges, Seth had an optimist's enthusiasm from the very start and something just felt right about hiring him. He carried himself like someone who could make something happen, and his immediately apparent intelligence impressed me. He and his staff exude professionalism in all they do, and I was never in doubt that I was in good hands. Watching him work was a confidence boost in and of itself, as no other lawyer in the court room looked like they would be able to do for me what Seth did. In the end, he managed to exceed my most hopeful expectations and got my case dismissed entirely! I only had to pay court costs. Seth was fantastic to work with! I ran into some trouble on my way home to MD and couldn't come back to TN for my court date. Mr. Crabtree took my DUI case back in July 2016. I needed desperately for it to be brought down to a reckless driving and he was able to that. A DUI would have affected my attempt at citizenship. But today my DACA renewal came in the mail which allows me to be able to be in this country for another two years and I wouldn't have got it with out his help! i ran into a little legal trouble, I had never been in trouble before and was scared to death. I bothered Seth more than I should have, emailing him asking about my case. He always responded quickly and professionally. He kept telling me that everything was going to be ok. In the court room he was absolutely amazing, things could have went real bad for me but he negotiated a settlement that everyone was happy with.
