Mr. Miller and his legal team recently represented a member of our family in a highly complex case involving multiple charges. He was recommended by a trusted friend who is also an attorney in another state after she spoke with him concerning the case. We are tremendously grateful for that recommenda...tion! I appreciate the need for “due process” in such a case; but in my opinion, this case was high on the radar of the District Attorney’s office. This resulted in their use of numerous legal maneuvers and “tricks” in an attempt to win their case at any cost. Perhaps the phrase, “Every trick in the book” actually applied here. This ultimately resulted in legal actions being taken that were perhaps not unprecedented in Tennessee law, but were extremely rare and, by some accounts, “bizarre”. Through all of this, Mr. Miller’s concern for his client’s legal protection was clearly evident. As complex a legal matter as this was, and with all the maneuvers that were used by the opposing side, he expertly navigated us through the process. He provided highly experienced guidance with a lot of natural intuition in his profession to explain the constantly changing situations, the legal actions from both sides, and the available options to help us make the very critical decisions with respect to his client’s life and future, as well as their emotional well-being. Mr. Miller’s results were significant in terms of his client’s situation throughout the lengthy process. Shortly after he began representing us, he was able to obtain living arrangements that were safer and more conducive to the extensive emotional recovery they required. And most importantly, in the end, the sentence given was night and day from what it likely would have been were it not for Mr. Miller. Instead of a very lengthy prison sentence, that member of our family has the opportunity to create a better future for themselves and their children. We’ll be forever grateful for all that Mr. Miller and his team have done for us!

I needed an attorney for small claims court and hired Mr. Miller to file my case. It was the classic little guy against the big corporation. The first consultation gave me confidence that HE was the man for the job. Even though the case was small time compared to his normal ones. It was handled ever...y bit as professionally as if it was a more serious matter. His attention to detail shows he does care about winning for his client.
