David Sharp was wrongfully convicted by a Maury County jury of evading arrest (a felony) and driving on a revoked license. Attorney Joshua Miller challenged Mr. Sharp's convictions to the Tennessee Cou ... rt of Criminal Appeals on the basis that evidence was improperly admitted against Mr. Sharp that violated Mr. Sharp's rights. The Court of Appeals agreed with Mr. Miller and David Sharp's convictions were reversed.
