Mrs. Smith was the Court Ad assigned to my custody case a couple of years ago. She was fair to both sides and really cared about the well being of my child. She spent a ton of time on a case that was pretty hard due to the fact that one party lived across the country but always made sure that the chi...ld's best wishes and safety were represented by the state.
