Post-Divorce Issues: including modification of existing court orders regarding spousal support, child support, child custody, child relocation and others.

The Tennessee Court of Appeals affirmed and upheld the trial court's ruling that Mr. Anderson's client would not have to pay alimony despite his very high income.
Mr. Anderson successfully argued to the Court of Appeals for reversal of the trial court's ruling that the Premarital Agreement signed by the his client in 1976 was valid and enforcable.
