Stephen Patrick Miller

Mr. Miller represents employers and insurance companies in various matters. Mr. Miller has practiced since 1992 after graduating from Cecil C. Humphreys School of at the University of Memphis. He is active in the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association (having served as President during 2009-2010), the Defense Research Institute, the American Inns of Court, the Mid South Workers' Compensation Association, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. He is also a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. 

Steve is listed in A.M. Best's Best Lawyers of America in Workers' Compensation Law and is a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation law and the administration of workers' compensation claims.
