On my separation Paper the employee discharged me for falsification of time clock They said someone said they see me at the store supposed to be a supervisor he reported it a day later.at the of Appeal appeal the company says that I was late on my break and they came up with a lot of different stuf...f but if the time or the separate discharged None of It Was Said When My union rep watch the videotap they said that they did not see nowhere i entering a car and drove off the premises. The supervisor that supposedly come back and told it was not in the meeting I have not heard from him we don't know if he said it or not because we ain't heard from him.I never been wrote up for being late off my break the relieve operated Did Not report that I was late off my break and I never been written up.
