The best Immigration Lawyer I know

The Wafula legal team has been great since they started handling my case. They notify and update you promptly. They ensure you follow the right steps to help your case.I would recommend this law firm to anyone in need of quality legal services. 5stars! Update: January 2025 I got a notice for a se...cond interview in July 2024. I was worried and was wondering why another interview was requested. Attorney Wafula prepared me for my interview and encouraged me to remain calm and trust in God. She was there every step of the way. During the interview I was giving a RFE which we submitted the same month. I am happy to say my 10yrs Green Card finally came this month. You can't go wrong with E.M wafula. I was in Memphis at her office and I saw how things are handled. Her team is always on point, they follow up, and they are very professional. I am so thankful and happy at the moment. I highly recommend Attorney E.M Wafula.

She said is detailed oriented, organized and very knowledgeable with her cases. She took time to answer all questions, interview practice, ensure all supporting documents was completed and satisfactory before proceeding with status adjustment paperwork. Interview went Great and the permanent residenc...e card was approved on the spot. I’m thankful we used law office of E.M Wafula for this journey. Awesome service and dedication.

Immigration Lawyer

My brother is an immigrant. He was in detention at Mason, TN. I contacted the lawyer on his behalf. Thanks to God and the lawyer's intervention, my brother was released.

Contract Review

I recently contacted the Law office of Elizabeth M. Wafula for assistance with contract review, she did a great job to help me modify some very specific parts of the contract I wanted to change, the wordings were great and I was able to negotiate better terms with the contractors. She was able to gre...atly reduce my liability with the new terms. Very knowledgeable.....I will recommend her anytime!
