Kathryn did an absolutely awesome job defending my son. Now, I'm one of these old fashioned conservative Republican, Christian Right type who wouldn't spend a dime if I knew my son had done the crime. In this rare case, my son was the victim of identity theft and the theif used my son's name and ID t...o commit crimes. It became so insane, especially when the thief was picked up on other charges and booked into the jail under my son's name! Still, my son was arrested for crimes the imposter committed in his name. Imagine the chaos that ensued at the jail when they had "two" of the same person! This chaotic scene seemed to absolutely stimy the DA's office! All told, my son sat in jail for two weeks for a crime he emphatically did not commit. Kathryn Derossitt pursued this case with no less passion than a seasoned defense attorney who had been practicing for over 40 years and judges and prosecutors fear. Awesome job overall. Had I not hired her, there's no telling how all of this would have ended for my son.
