Mr. Balestrini did an excellent job in handling my multiple DUI case and his legal secretary, Kerry, was very prompt and efficient with passing along emails and information pertinent to my case. Mr. Balestrini had my charges reduced from a DUI 3rd to a DUI 1st, jail time was also reduced, and time wi...th an interlock device was reduced. In a nutshell, I received charges for a DUI 1st even though it was a 3rd DUI in five years. Furthermore, Mr. Balestrini had a Habitual Motor Vehicle Offender charge which came along later via a petition by the State of Tennessee dismissed with minimal added repercussions ie instead of losing my license for three years, I received one year of added probation and interlock. Balestrini worked very hard for me and did a phenomenal job, all of his recommendations before and after pleading guilty benefitted me to the fullest and I am grateful for his effort and attention to detail in my case.
