Mr. Richter has handled multiple child custody issues for me. He kept my expectations realistic, was honest, did not nickel and dime me, & was extremely effective. He was aware of what issues were most important to me and helped me to stay focused on them. His demeanor is calming and he is a nice per...son. He can be extremely busy at times, but he's good at what he does. I am beyond grateful for everything he has done for our family.

I had Linley as a lawyer for over 4 years. I am finally able to move my case to where I am now currently living. Before that, my family had paid him thousands of dollars and in return he lacked follow through calling me in a timely manner, returning emails, would act as my "friend", and never support...ed me as a client. It seems as though he is in it for the money and didn't seem to care. I would send him what I wanted from my divorce as far as parenting plans, mediation, and custody. He would never send me copies of ANY of my paper work. I am still waiting to get copies (maybe my new lawyer can obtain them?). I would not recommend him for anyone dealing with a divorce with children or a divorce period. He lacks the care and compassion I needed during a very, very difficult time in my life. I am still in awe of the long term affects it has bestowed upon me and my family.

Mr. Richter recently handled my divorce case in a very timely, effective and most importantly professional manner. Mr. Richter's office staff always presented themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards me as well as my children. Regarding court appearances, Mr. Richter in my opinion i...s inexhaustibly fluent regarding Tennessee State as well as Constitutional Law. I have and will continue to refer Mr. Richter's Firm to any and all individuals in need of Family Law representation, as I know from personal experience lack of personal knowledge of the legal system can be frustrating. Some laws seem to change from day to day and when your family especially your children are in need of protection you have to have an attorney that practices with not only good ethics but knowledge of law that supersedes the standard run of the mill attorney you have to be able to trust the attorney you hire will work diligently for your family, Mr. Richter IS that attorney an experienced professional always on your side working diligently for you and your family.
