Workers' Compensation

I tried to settle my worker compensation case myself but made no progress. I contacted Michael Bellamy and he started working on my case immediately. Michael thoroughly reviewed my case and filed another Petition on my behalf. He discovered many compensation mistakes by my employer that resulted i...n my receiving $55,000.00 dollars with medical left open! Michael was always available by phone and kept me updated about my case. I would never have known what I was entitled to receive without Michael. I highly recommend this attorney.

Finally one who isn’t afraid to fight in COURT !!

Ever wondered if your attorney was too afraid to take your case to trial? Maybe it was too much work for him/her? Or perhaps they’d rather bleed your retainer dry with countless motions while you remained stuck with the problem. A problem you knew in your heart would only be rectified once it saw the... inside of a courtroom? Well, that was me before Michael Bellamy. TWO highly regarded and overcompensated attorneys managed my case before Mr. Bellamy. There were endless motions, numerous delays, and countless tears. However, when Mr. Bellamy looked at me and said “I will take this case as far as it needs to go in order to find you justice” I reluctantly believed him. Sorry, but after a while, you stop trusting people. Beyond grateful I chose to believe one more time. Michael did what he said and stood behind his promise. He took my case in front of a judge (after waiting seven years for the other attorneys to do so) and we WON! Two FULL days of testimony and at least 50 exhibits .. frankly I lost track. But Mr. Bellamy didn’t; he kept going until the very end. Until the judge said he didn’t even need to hear the closing arguments (hehe). Best part... I was awarded attorneys fees! That’s right. The other party was ordered to pay my attorneys fees. Sure I know that’s asked for plenty, but it’s rarely awarded. As a matter of fact, opposing counsel even said “your client got things you didn’t even ask for” - and she’s right, Michael delivered more than he promised. Bottom line: don’t let the number of years someone’s been practicing or their name in the community sway your decision to find the PERFECT attorney. Pick one who’s NOT AFRAID to take the case all the way to court, and win!

Estate Planning

My wife and I had a pretty standard will. Michael sat us down and covered things we had not even considered. His knowledge in this area is extensive and we felt very comfortable with our completed wills. His price was very fair as I'm sure he spent quite a bit of time putting our plans on paper. We h...ighly recommend Michael for your estate planning needs.

Awesome Lawyer!

Michael took on a very difficult case that I was charged with due to my dogs an another's fighting. Michael went above an beyond. He is so easy to talk to an very understanding. He was always a email or phone call away to ease my nerves. He gave 110% at all times. If it wasn't for Micheal an all his ...hard work I would have been paying alot of money. Michael is affordable. He don't tried an rob you like most lawyers do. If I ever need a lawyer again I would call Michael in a heart beat.
