The office staff was pretty quick with replies to e-mails and immediate answers to phone calls. They always got back to me asap and updated me when necessary. I believe my case was unusual. I was in denial for so long. Mr. Miller challenged and worked with me to reveal my denial, my wanting to wo...rk, my disliking SSA help, yet the fact that my epilepsy was my constant obstacle.
