Biography
Kenneth A. Miller received his law degree from the University of Tennessee and was licensed to practice law in 1977. He has dedicated his practice to representing disabled individuals since establishing his law practice in Knoxville in 1978. Ken is a Board Certified Social Security Disability Law Specialist. He is also a Sustaining Member in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Ken has received awards from the Legal Aid Society of East Tennessee for completing at least 50 hours of Pro Bono work. Kenneth has been recognized as a Top Attorney for his work in Social Security Disability law by his peers for the last several years and again has been named a top attorney for Social Security Disabiity for the year 2015.

Worst S.S. Disability Lawyer
Mr. Miller lied to me the whole time he worked on my case and assured me I would win at my hearing. Instead I lost my case and he acted like he didn't even know who I was when we met for my hearing.
