Brad also has experience in drafting special needs trusts, life insurance trusts and charitable remainder trusts. As part of his estate practice, he regularly represents clients in probate and conservatorship matters, whether simple, complex or contested.
Brad also has experience in federal contracting guidelines, international tax issues, self-settled asset protection trusts and many other areas of law.
