Luke Davis Durham

Previous reviews speak volumes of this man's skills and concern for cases he upholds. He has turned a bleak and dreary, nearly irredeemable case into a hopeful, salvageable one. Without going into too many details, I had to change attorneys and dump their mess onto Luke's shoulders. He had very l...ittle time to make adjustments and to absorb the case. This did not deter mister Durham. He took it upon himself to visit places handfuls of hundreds of miles away (out of state) so that he could 'paint a picture' and get the information he needed. He did the work you would expect a phenomenal attorney to do. No stone was left unturned, no possibilities or options had gone unconsidered. He did his absolute best, and hardest work for me. My best interests were - and still are - in his heart. This is why he is my attorney, and why he should also be yours.

Luke was contacted to help me in a civil matter to acquire a judgement. We were able to settle on court day without presenting in front of the Judge for a reasonable amount to recoup most losses I sustained. Mr. Durham collected all pertinent data prior to the case and was prepared to proceed as plan...ned in the event we did have to go to bat. I did not get to see his style or skill set in the court room since we settled on what we were looking to accomplish prior to being seen by the judge. However, I do feel that he would have represented me well in that scenario as he had a professional demeanor to him. I was also a small time case and it wouldn't have been a difficult one due to the other party planning to represent pro se. On some occasions, lawyers will alter their attitude based on the client and how large/small the case is and or how much money is involved. Luke was good at ensuring that he was there to complete the task regardless of it being a small case in a small town. I did pay a set fee up front to Mr. Durham and that is a good way to go in the event the hearing is continued and drags on. Our circumstance turned out good in our favor in this regard. Hopefully I never have to go to court again but if I do, I know who to call. On a side note, Luke also had a current law school intern with him also by the name of Luke and he seemed to be on the right path with good mentor ship from Mr. Durham. Overall I had a very favorable experience with Luke and would recommend him to others. Brian
