Litigation in all areas of domestic relations, including, but not limited to, adoption, divorce, alimony, child support and contested custody matters, in Knox County as well as most counties in the East and Middle Tennesee areas.

I previously represented the FSLIC in regard to D&O litigation in certain high profile cases filed in the East Tennessee area in the late 80's and early 90's. Once the FSLICD with representation of the FDIC in similar D&O litigation as well as the Resolution Trust Company.I also have practiced in the litigation areas of state and federal taxation as well as estate administration.
