Great Tennessee Attorney

John wrote up a prenup for me. He was very easy to work with, easy to get ahold of, explained everything throughly and had great communication. Pricing was also straightforward and very reasonable. Would highly recommend John for anyone looking for a family lawyer.

Best attorney ever!!

John Haines is very professional he handled my child custody case very well, he definitely knew what he was doing when it came to court. I would highly recommend John Haines to anyone looking for a attorney.

Great Attorney!

John was instrumental in ensuring our case was successful. He quickly organized pages and pages of evidence that I submitted to him into a clear and concise case. John is very knowledgeable of the appeal process. In court, he proved he thoroughly understands the legal system, how the laws are writ...ten and implemented, and that he is quick on his feet when surprises are introduced. I highly recommend John and he will be the first person I look for if another legal issue arises.

An Excellent Experience

This was my first meeting with Attorney Haines for a routine Will, Living Will, and Durable Power of Attorney. As I had been with a prior attorney from this office, all my forms were on file. Mr. Haines was diligent in making sure that everything I requested was included, and, of course, correctly ...written. I left the office with all my forms finished and notarized. Also, he was always pleasant, positive and friendly, putting me at ease. I recommend Mr. Haines highly and would make another appointment with him should the need arise.

Reliable, Knowledgeable and Trustworthy

Mr. Haines is my first call when I have questions about criminal procedure or criminal law. His expertise, however, is not limited to criminal matters. I would recommend Mr. Haines to potential plaintiffs in any matter. He is a diligent and fervent advocate
