without getting into a long sob story, Bob took my appeals case that could have very well saved my daughter from harm after an insurance company denied the treatment she needed. I did in private but want to publicly thank Bob (Robert) at DZ Law, for DROPPING EVERYTHING (we had 44 hour notice of thi...s emergency appeal) to get my daughter the care she need.

When I first met Bob I asked him if this was something he knew about and was completely comfortable in handling my situation. Of course he said no problem. As I sat there and fully explained everything about what I needed knowing what was ahead and again said he had no problem with this case. I Hir...ed him . As he continued and saw what was going to be needed he raised his price and I said no problem. Then the question came that he spent all weekend looking at this and why does it take all weekend? And even after all that investigating all I got was from him literally was nothing. This guy needs to be more professional and don’t take peoples money on the pretense that u could find out. I trusted him to act in a Proffessional manner. I paid him for accepting that he already knew the law . And surly didn’t know anything on my situation. So I would not recommend him for anything at all simply because he doesn’t care how he brings in the new business. Not professional or ethical at all. You should never accept peoples money if you don’t know what you’re doing. Also only when asked how much was left on the retainer and his answer was there is still some available. Then I asked for proof and in no time he had available for me to see and wow I couldn’t believe how fast he was at billing people. Bob do the your work you have been trained to do . And if you can’t then be honest to your customers . I hope you don’t keep doing this unethical work .
