Don't let the reviews fool you. Attorney Brenda Brooks from Moore & Brooks in Knoxville, TN is the WORST attorney I have ever dwelt with!!!! She is only nice to people who aren't getting help from the government. She is VERY unprofessional. When my husband and were having a conversation about getting... financial assistance, she bluntly (and rudely) shouted, "People like you are making me pay for the welfare system!" She treated us as though we were white trash. Apparently this woman has never had a hard time in her life and knows nothing about why people need to file bankruptcy to begin with!! Its been 10 years now since I've dwelt with this biased woman, and my husband and I are now making very good money. We no longer need government assistance, but I'm glad it was available to us 10 years ago at a time when we needed it most. I have dwelt with many different attorneys for different things in my lifetime, and 10 years later, I can still remember her to this day. I can honestly say that she was the most absolute, nastiest biased attorney I have ever met!!!
