Bankruptcy Judge Marcia Parsons found that RL BB's mortgage lien attached to the debtor's lawsuit insofar as any recovery for the " physical damages to the real property". RL BB's mortgage lien did not ... attach to the debtor's commercial tort claim which would include monetary damages for loss of rents and earnings.
