Biography
Mr. Winston counsels clients ranging from small local businesses to large national companies in business sales and acquisitions. Mr. Winston also maintains a general practice in estate planning, debt collection, probate, corporate law, litigation, and criminal defense. He earned his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina in 2014. In law school, Mr. Winston was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Writing.
Mr. Winston is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Federalist Society. Mr. Winston enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessie, an art teacher at Bearden Middle School, and their two children, Jacob (b. April 2015) and Kate (b. April 2017).
