Mr.Bill Cremins was a very hard working lawyer for me. He was polite and extremely well at returning phone calls/emails. Bill handled a most difficult divorce and subsequent custody case for me in the early nineties. Total duration of the case exceeded 10 years. (I still remember his telephone numbers!) Some things you would find helpful to know about him: He generally handled his own contacts, so at times you ex...change leeway on telephone contacts with a direct response from Bill. He is remarkably expert in handling cases with serious psychological overtones. The weight of evidence he is able to develop was startling, especially to me. If you are in a situation where something is bad wrong, and you can't figure out what, or what to do, this is who to call. Call sooner, not later. When you are in an "one out of a thousand" situation, you can not accurately self asses your condition. You simply don't have the experience. I sat through countless cases waiting for mine to be called for various motions or hearings. I never saw another attorney with Bill's grasp on psychological issues. He is not someone that seeks provocation as a tactic. An attorney who does so damages his own client more than the opposing client. Settling things down is good. Throwing bombs isn't. Likewise, Bill's familiarity with the court transfers to you more reliable expectations for potential outcomes. Family Law is a grinding process, not a single event. A lawyer without good experience in these courts is a considerable disadvantage. Finally, Bill will expect more of you than you think you have in you. And he will help you get there. Cooperate, and you will be far better off down the road. I know, and I have a son that proves it.

I hired Mr Cremins for my workers comp case. He is very knowledgable in many areas and keeps you well informed. He hand carries most paperwork so there is very little lag time.
