Danny Carol Garland II

From the very beginning this attorney did not properly prepare...he did not bother to go over my testimony beforehand (any attorney worth their salt definitely will,) did not seem to know that all phone call recordings between you and the other party are admissible!! Seriously, it's your job to know ...these things and prepare your client for them. The court appointed attorney I had prior to him did all the work for him and handed it over. The only thing he actually appeared to be somewhat decent at was speaking and essentially "dealing" with opposing council. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING: If your case is not a clear cut and dried case and actually requires your attorney to make a case for you and fight for you, their client, this is not the gentleman you want. You may, however, consider calling Sam English-based on my experience I wish I had retained him first.

I hired Mr. Garland for my case regarding child custody. One of the most impressive things about him was how informed he kept me. I have had a couple lawyers in the past (one for my divorce and another for previous child custody issues). In both previous cases, I felt like I was constantly in the ...dark and constantly calling just to get a call back. Mr. Garland was very prompt with returning my calls/questions, etc. Also, a child custody case is always very stressful and Mr. Garland has a way of making you feel more at ease. I am huge on good customer service and big on writing reviews when I get good (or bad). I highly recommend Mr. Garland. I actually got EVERYTHING I asked for in my case.

Choosing the right lawyer makes a world of difference, as I found out. Until I hired Danny Garland. I found the process of divorce convoluted and intimidating, all this paperwork, the disclosures, the hearings and poor advice i was receiving other places. With his intelligent and concise manner, Dann...y shed light into the steps and gave me guidance through a very difficult time in my life. He was compassionate, fair and always available with advice to help me make the right decisions. I think he is an excellent attorney and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I thought he was a very strong lawyer . He has a very big voice in court . Has very littel bed side manner . BUT !! I did not need a kiss . I just needed some one to get my boys back for me . He did just that . Went to court 4 times and He won our case every time . (1) was OOP (1) was abuse case... (2) was custity case . and she keep me from seeing my boys for over 8 months. I GOT THEM BACK This was in a small town out off knoxville . I felt like the whole town was against me. Her and her mother is a school teacher .They knew all the judges in town and she had the best lawyer in town. So i new i had to reach out. I was scared of this all but Danny did not care he voiced his opionen and got the job done . I would recommend him for any job . and I would use him again if needed.
