Cullen Wojcik, the son of an Air Force fighter pilot, was raised literally all over the world. Places he has called home include Idaho, Nevada, California, Connecticut, Tennessee, Germany, and Turkey.
After graduating from the University of Nevada with distinction having majored in both English and German, Cullen spent eight years working as an editor in the publishing industry. In 2008, Cullen left publishing to attend law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. While there, he focused largely on areas of criminal law, including working full-time internships at a Federal Public Defender's office in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the San Francisco District Attorney's office. Cullen also served on the UC Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.
Following law school, Cullen moved his family to Knoxville where his wife had accepted a job as a professor at the University of Tennessee. Before starting his own practice in 2012, Cullen spent six months as a UC Hastings Bridge Fellow and post-bar certified law clerk with the Knox County Public Defender's office.
Cullen is a member of the Tennessee Bar and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He is also a member of the Tennessee Association for Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Knoxville Bar Association, the Hamilton Burnett American Inn of Court, and the CJA Panel for the Eastern District of Tennessee..
Cullen lives in South Knoxville with his wife and son. When he is not at work, he enjoys cycling and trail running and can often be found riding and running down the many beautiful country roads and trails of Knox County and beyond.
