David Burkhalter earned my respect and confidence from the very beginning. My case was a wrongful termination against a municipality, which involved uncommon, technical environmental concepts. Just to understand the facts of this situation, the entire staff had to learn what must have seemed like a... new language. Not only did they learn the environmental concepts and the proper, technical way to speak them, they became proficient in the specific details. David Burkhalter is not only an attorney, but a gentleman. My case was a very complex wrongful termination case, and he pursued it with gusto, to say the least. He was always respectful and courteous to me, making me feel at ease at all times.
