Best of the best!

After suffering a personal injury resulting in permanent damage to my leg, I began looking for an attorney to take my case. I had never been involved in a lawsuit before, and it was very intimidating. Luckily for me, someone recommended David Burkhalter. I was very fortunate to have the Burkhalter L...aw Firm accept my case. From the initial consultation, I knew I had the perfect attorneys to represent me. The Burkhalter Law Firm is a family organization, and David, Alex, Zachary, and their support staff treat clients like family, also. The staff was always supportive and friendly, usually welcoming you with a fresh cup of coffee. The whole team worked tirelessly during a long battle in the current covid environment, with a multi state corporate opponent that had unlimited resources. They fought hard, never backed down, never faltered, and successfully countered every challenge thrown at them. They provided the skills and determination to soundly win a favorable verdict. Best in Knoxville!

David Burkhalter is one of the kindest, hardest working individuals that I have known.
