Skilled Trial Lawyer But He Is an Even Better Person. He Intelligent Caring Attorney You Can't Go Wrong.

Typically I do not give 5 stars to anyone for anything, but Mr. Burkhalter and his staff have always gone above and beyond for me. Not only is Mr. Burkhalter a skilled trial lawyer but he is an even better person he is genuine in his want to provide you with the best legal representation possible. He... does not "cherry coat" and lays out the case and your options for you. He is honest, hard-working, and diligent and over the past 22 years he has become a loyal friend to me. His staff are professional, friendly, and ALWAYS willing to answer your questions and work with you when you need to get things done. In my situation he took a case that all said was unbeatable however he had faith in me and against all odds took my case all the way to trail against a huge national corporation. Through his cunning and calculated cross emanation of the defense's own whiteness's along with his trial skill's he was able to demonstrate to a jury how I had been done wrong the big corporate defense did not know what hit them like in the story of David and Goliath he beat them like a drum one beat at a time. If you are facing a any type of employment, civil rights or personal injury legal matter that has interrupted your life and are looking for someone who is capable of obtaining the justice and compensation you deserve, Mr. Burkhalter is without a doubt the man for the job. He provides a degree of service that is unmatched in his field. In particular, his staff will go above and beyond to see that no stone is unturned in the litigation of your case. He will will work tirelessly and with integrity that is above reproach regardless of how big or small his advocate my be. I cannot emphasize enough the importance that you contact and engage his counsel if you are in need of the best possible representation you can find. Mr. Burkhalter is, indeed, that attorney.
