Help After Being Neglected By Anothe Firm
Mr. Judkins assisted me in winning a case in 6 months where a previous attorney that had had my case for over 2 years had failed and refused to carry on any further. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and communicated well with me. His entire staff was very professional and seemed glad to assist me...

Censured issued in TN, 2022
updated on 03/01/2023When an attorney is censured it means he or she did something wrong but may still practice law. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
Publicly Censured issued in TN, 1989
updated on 02/20/2014This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“In 1989, I was an elected county attorney. The county legislature requested that I file a lawsuit against a public official arising from his official acts. The official then filed an ethics complaint against me because the official claimed that I was also his lawyer (because of wording in the private act creating the office). I do not agree that the act created a conflict of interest in this situation. I have never lost my license to practice. I am a lawyer in good standing with the state bar.”
