I was lucky enough to have enough knowledge to know what he was trying to do was not right. I think he gets away with a lot of stuff in Roane County because of the general lack of education and people being so trustworthy. But I really wonder if the political pull of his family name carries more wa...it than actual law. He doesn't site actual laws but attempts to inflame the judge and make the judge angry at the other party so the judge wants to punish the other party by ruling against them. He's not above lying in court or court documents. Then when called on it calls it a clerical error by his staff or an oversight on his part.
