Attorney

Mr. Todd recently assisted me and my mother to update our wills. We used Mr. Todd as he did our previous wills and was also my husband's attorney in a successful disability appeal case. Mr. Todd is knowledgeable and has a wealth of expertise.

Adoption by a Relative

Mr Todd helped me successfully adopt my grandson. He and his staff are kind and compassionate. The paperwork was done promptly throughout the process and I was always advised of the status of the filing. I’m happy I chose him as my attorney.

Child Support Case

Mr. Todd aided in extension of 3 weeks vacation with the child, not to include; regular visitation during the summer. Mr. Todd was very responsive to his e-mails and calls.

Won Grandparents Right case!

I hired Mr. Todd to represent us in obtaining visitation with our 4 year old granddaughter. With him by our side we faced the judge and parents in August 2017 and were granted those visits. He asked the pertinent questions, ensuring no stone was left unturned during testimony. We are ver...y thankful to him and his office and would recommend his services to anyone.
