Need an EXCELLENT lawyer?

Everyone who has dealt with lawyers understands the anxiety of not speaking their language; not comprehending the system; not having the ability to follow what's going on in the court room. You show up, go to court then walk out wondering, "What just happened?" I had to fight for years for custody of my granddaughter against both my son and the child's mother. Proven drug use, physical abuse and verbal abuse along with abandonment and non-payment of child support. When dealing with Washington county, Tennessee, the courts try to keep the child with the parents to the point (in my opinion) it endangers the child. Constant worry for my granddaughter's safety and quality of life weighed heavy on my heart and mind. Then I met Holly Booksh. Holly talked to me in language I could understand. Nothing was left out of the process. Not only was it clear but she delivered all her information in a friendly manner. No stuffy "better than you" or "no time for you" attitude. Holly is the only attorney I have ever dealt with where I was comfortable at all times; calling at any time, showing up at her office, speaking in person, in the courtroom. But, there is a quality about Holly I admired even more. If you are looking for a lawyer who gets the job done, you need to hire her. She may be as polite a person as you will ever meet but in the courtroom and with the opposing party she holds back nothing. To be honest I was taken aback by the "go get 'em" mentality Holly demonstrated. If I ever need an attorney again I will only hire Holly Booksh. Smart, aggressive, prompt, reasonably priced, compassionate and able to relate to the average person are just a few qualities that have me singing her praises. Give her a call. On a personal note: Thank you, again, Holly for everything. For a story that started out so sad for such a perfectly wonderful little girl, we had a truly happy ending.

Knowledgeable, timely, efficient

Amazing handlling of my case

Consulted for SSD & Estate Planning

Chose Holly Booksh services based on reviews and was not disappointed. Estate planning was thorough, seamless and efficient. Social Security Disability case was handled very professionally through good communication, advisement and constant follow up throughout. This process does require diligent effort and input from the client as well via consulting with Holly. My case went on for approximately 2 years. We had multiple denials that led to the final part of the process which is a hearing with an SSD Judge. My SSD benefits were finally approved at this point. Thank You Holly and her assistant Molly!

A lawyer you can count on.

I found holly online i had went through 3 others looking for the right person to take my case. I had went half blind and had other medical issues so I was desperate to find the right person. I couldn't afford to go through this whole process for too long. I made an appointment with Holly. We met and discussed my case. She was extremely prepared and on top of her game with questions and giving me advice on how to proceed. Needless to say I was impressed. Holly worked hard and done an exceptional job on my case. Amazing Attorney & Staff

Holly and Molly are amazing at what they do! My uncle had recommended me to consult with Holly when I was initially denied for disability, and I am so glad that I did. Had A Great Experience

Holly was very thorough in gathering all documents needed for my court case. When I went to court, she was very specific in asking me questions. Social security disability

I would recommend using Holly Booksh for anyone needing to file a disability claim. Holly and her staff were very helpful in this process. She met with me on various occasions going over my medical history, etc. She let me know what I could expect in court . She and her staff were excellent in this process.

Compassionate and Highly Skilled

I contacted Holly for consultation of separation and then hired her for divorce arrangements. She was patient and understanding in this very difficult time in life. She listened, offered advice, and never assumed anything. She communicated well my options, laid out my steps, and helped prepare me for what to expect. Divorce is a very difficult and daunting decision. To have someone that respected me and helped me when I felt like I was at my lowest and worst version of myself was a true blessing. I am very thankful to have found someone that held my hand and protected my interests throughout this surreal time in life. She gave clarity and grounding at times when my eyes and heart could not differentiate what was best for me. Life continues, recovery takes time, and healing is my priority. I don't have to look back and wonder did this get taken care of, was I financially protected, or ponder any of those questions that a less competent, less proficient attorney may leave lingering. SSI

I feel like she failed me in getting my SSI, I wasn't happy with her at all. I would try to contact her, and hardly ever got a hold of her. I might have talked to her maybe 4 or 5 times. Then I went and appealed over a year ago and I haven't heard not 1 response from her. Like she does not care because I probably wouldn't make her a fortune. Js
