I would recommend using Holly Booksh for anyone needing to file a disability claim. Holly and her staff were very helpful in this process. She met with me on various occasions going over my medical history, etc. She let me know what I could expect in court . She and her staff were excellent in this p...rocess.

Everyone who has dealt with lawyers understands the anxiety of not speaking their language; not comprehending the system; not having the ability to follow what's going on in the court room. You show up, go to court then walk out wondering, "What just happened?" I had to fight for years for custody o...f my granddaughter against both my son and the child's mother. Proven drug use, physical abuse and verbal abuse along with abandonment and non-payment of child support. When dealing with Washington county, Tennessee, the courts try to keep the child with the parents to the point (in my opinion) it endangers the child. Constant worry for my granddaughter's safety and quality of life weighed heavy on my heart and mind. Then I met Holly Booksh. Holly talked to me in language I could understand. Nothing was left out of the process. Not only was it clear but she delivered all her information in a friendly manner. No stuffy "better than you" or "no time for you" attitude. Holly is the only attorney I have ever dealt with where I was comfortable at all times; calling at any time, showing up at her office, speaking in person, in the courtroom. But, there is a quality about Holly I admired even more. If you are looking for a lawyer who gets the job done, you need to hire her. She may be as polite a person as you will ever meet but in the courtroom and with the opposing party she holds back nothing.
