Attorney Ryan Fetters received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2003 before receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2005.
Upon graduation from law school, Ryan worked for two years as an attorney in Kennebunk ME for the law firm of Kimmel and Beach, with an emphasis on Commercial Contract Disputes, Real Estate Transactions, Breach of Lease Claims and Creditor Rights.
In 2008, Ryan returned to Chattanooga and began focusing on general practice and family law cases. Mr. Fetters has successfully litigated numerous family law matters including Contested Divorce, Child Custody and Child Support cases. In 2023, Mr. Fetters began work as an assistant ditrict attorney in the 10th Judicial District of Tennessee. Ryan is currently working as an associate attorney with McKoon, Williams, Atchley & Stulce, PLLC.
