Donna Harrison Green

Mrs. Green does not seem to have a large clientele, but still took days (3-5) to return emails and phone calls. In my case, she was never clear on what she was doing to help move the case along, I was eventually dropped after she assumed I returned to work. (I had not). I was scheduled for a hearing ...she wasn't prepared for, scheduled a second hearing with no explanation and while waiting on the 2nd hearing she withdrew from my case. I tried to hire another attorney and Mrs Green refused to transfer her fee to the new attorney which made me unrepresented in my disability hearing. The paperwork I received from her was incomplete and I feel that I lost 3 1/2 years of wages from a disability because I chose the wrong attorney.

I applied for my disability on my own. Reaching the final hearing stage, I needed legal representation. I contacted four different attorneys, giving my information and Social Security records. Each attorneys office had assistants return my call, I never spoke to an attorney. The assistants advise...d that the attorney would not take my case, they felt there was no way I would be able to obtain my disability. Thankfully I was given Attorney Donna Green's name. I called Ms. Green's office, left my information and she called me back the same day. Ms. Green an Attorney called, not an assistant! Ms. Green stated she would review my records from Social Security and get back with me. After reviewing my records Ms. Green realized that they were incomplete and additional records were needed. Out of five attorneys Donna Green is the only one who cared enough to obtain the necessary information to give my case a chance. Ms. Green always returned calls promptly, and made sure I knew, and understood the process and what to expect. Ms. Green always communicated with me on an honest, straight forward basis. Ms. Greed advised that the odds were against me, but she would try. Ms. Green worked diligently with me on a case that other attorneys assistants insisted was hopeless. Words can not express how grateful I am that Ms. Green represented me. I am truly thankful for her time, effort, and professionalism. She was compassionate, caring, and although very busy, always dealt with me directly. Meeting Donna Green has changed my life, and the lives of my family for the better. I will be forever grateful!
