Donna Green refiled my SSI disability case for me in 2021 at the outbreak of Covid-19. This was after all the State of TN SSI caseworkers had been sent home to work. That did not happen, caseworkers did nothing including not answering the phone with mailboxes that remained full. It had already been 6... months when Donna Green started a long truly exhausting process that finally culminated in our favor after 2 years from my original filling date. Point being the whole time Donna Green did not give up (As I already had) maintained the highest level of professionalism returned every call promptly. Donna Green is a very friendly, very knowledgeable and HONEST disability lawyer. She filed my first appeal, and represented me when I had to appear before the judge. With Covid going on, I had to wait a bit, since I opted out of the telephone hearing, on Donna's advice. But when they brought out the ...video hearings, she left it up to me. I am glad I chose to go ahead with the video hearing, or I would still be waiting. We won my case last October. I would recommend her to anyone, who has a valid case.
