I retained Ms Mcwilliams in an attempt to understand Divorce law, after a warm conversation i was led to believe that she would be my advocate and act in my best interest. My ex-husband through his attorney proposed a parenting plan, a divisions of assets proposal, and a final divorce decree, and chi...ld support payments. Leslie advised to reject all proposals promising me a better financial position in the division of assets, Alimony, and substantial child support payments. After almost two years of contention, i received my final divorce decree. a judgment far less than the initial offer my x husband proposed. The exact parenting plan that my x husband proposed, no alimony, less child support. In addition to all of the above, i have Leslie's fees to pay. The day i used Leslie is a bad day in my life, my children s life and my X husbands life. i seriously advise against using this attorney. It is apparent that money was her only quest in this case, i am greatly disappointed!!!!
