I hired Charlie for possibly one of his toughest cases. Charlie is very knowledgeable in the laws that revolve around my case. He will do whatever his can to fight for you and put on a good case without “taking the gloves off”. However, when it comes down to it, Charlie is not afraid to be aggressive... and push a little harder to fight for you and your case. My case has been a very long and very tough case, but he has stuck right by my side, kept me informed about everything, never given up on me or the case, advised me, and helped me keep a cautiously optimistic attitude. I could not have asked for a better attorney to represent me.

So I went to see one other attorney before going to see Mr. Wheland. The office atmosphere was very cold and the attorney was not very personable. Then I went to see Mr. Wheland and it was the exact opposite! I called and made an appointment to go in and talk with Mr. Wheland.When I went in for a con...solation everyone there made me feel very welcome and put my mind at ease.
