Matthew Steven Brock

In May of 2019 I got arrested for felony possession with intent to resale of cocaine! After being released on bail I looked up some defense attorneys and filled out surveys at around 2am in the morning. I went from a felony possession charge facing jail time dropped down to a misdemeanor possession charge, one year good behavior and I can get I expunged from me record.. After receiving a DUI Matt Brock was recommended to me by a friend and after calling his office to set up a consultation Matt Brock was available to meet with me that same day and was already very prepared as soon as I arrived. I was impressed with his plan to help me with my case and he offered a ve...ry flexible payment plan for me so I hired him as my lawyer. Unfortunately I messed up and got a second DUI shortly after my first which made Matt's job as an attorney much more difficult but he did not drop me as a client or increase his cost or anything. I work in the medical profession and my biggest goal was to save my medical license and Matt went above and beyond in court to fight to get me a deal I never imagined I would get. For a second DUI most people have to do up to 45 days or more in jail in addition to multiple other consequences but Matt worked out a deal to get my sentence reduced to 7 days and got me a restricted license. I was able to work out my work schedule so I wouldn't have to take off work when I turned myself into jail to complete my time but after I turned myself in the jail facility messed up and calculated my time wrong and were going to try to make me stay several extra days past my out date. I had my mom call Matt and let him know and he spent an entire day battling with the court system and the jail facility and even made a personal trip to the jail to get them to correct their mistake. Matt has literally been a life saver for my career and life in general considering the hole I dug myself in and I am forever grateful. He's a hard working lawyer and very well educated with the law especially related to drinking and drug charges. He was always available and easy to get in touch with at any time of the day and always willing to work with you financially. This was my first time getting in trouble with the law and I was very scared what the outcome of my case was going to be as I was charged with a felony.
