I'm writing this because i just got full custody of my daughter and we are celebrating the wonderful job Lisa did for us. She told us from the beginning ever single thing that would happen in our case, step by step, and she was perfectly on the money. If you want the best family law or custody attorn...ey in Chattanooga you must hire Lisa. She always returned our phone calls and supported us and genuinely cared about reuniting my family. Lisa is a Lawyer who fights for the child. We are the money behind the fight. She has the knowledge. Lisa and Crew kept the BS that I saw at a minimum. Be honest with her and give her all the facts and she will help you to the end. The process is long and not easy. No need to take it out on... Lisa and her crew. Stay strong and always do right by your kid.

She took me as a client I have serious issues about the safety of my child and she has given me more trouble and than help. She missed two court hearings, then smarted off to the judge about it and now in my court file the judge wrote that my lawyer and her staff were rude and unprofessional. Im curr...ently being represented by a new lawyer that is half the price and so much more informative. DO NOT HIRE HER. I wish I would've read these other reviews before I did. She has done nothing to deserve the 3000$$$ she charges and then billed me for the phone call to get my file! She is a better deterrent to divorce than any class or lecture or therapist could ever hope to be.

While she does seem knowledgeable regarding law, the positive qualities stop there. Lisa never returns phone calls or e-mails that are sent directly to her phone. Her office constantly changes paralegals. Paperwork never filed as is promised will be. You would be better off representing yourself.... She may have been top notch a few years ago (2011 and prior), but I wouldn't hire her to defend my parakeet at this point in time. Save your money and sanity, and find someone else. The reviewer talking about a payment plan is either lying or maybe went to Lisa on a very good day, because I did not have this option whatsoever - it was "pay in full now, or I can't help you." I will never use her again. To fully clarify, and summarize, I hired her as my defense in a divorce (non-contested), and she ceased all contact with me after I paid her up front for her services. I am now in a legal limbo, thanks entirely to her negligence, and will have to find a new attorney able to help me.
