Joshua was a game changer for us. He worked diligently and did not stop until he got action. We were given the run around multiple times by the system, but he and Rachel kept us informed and worked through each set back we had. I had multiple charges that were all bogus and I had been charged illegally by the officers involved in two separate cases. He was the only lawyer that actually believed me and believed in me. He instantly put me on the top of his priority list and was always available when I needed to talk or when I... wanted some reassurance. Not only did he get some very serious charges dropped to some traffic tickets but he also only charged me less then half of what the other "big shots" in Chattanooga thought they were worth. He fought for me on my case for well over a year and I can say I consider him not only good a lawyer but a good friend by the end of the ordeal. I would and have recommended him to every person looking for representation in Chattanooga. He is worth every penny I spent and then some. my fiance had gotten himself into several legal issues, none of which were violent or any such nature, but which could have easily cost him a bit of his freedom but Mr. Weiss did an outstanding job of representing him and keeping him out from behind bars where he probably would have just continued to... spiral downward. He was extremly easy to speak with making you so comfortable you feel as though you have known him for an extreme amount of time. He was extremly impressive watching him work in the court room during trial periods. The only regret we have is that we did not know about him sooner. I would recommend this guy to anyone with any legal issues, I do not believe will can find a better attorney in this area, he is excellent in every manner you need him in and I do mean that word for word.
