HIGHLY recommend! You won't regret hiring Josh. Three Felonies ( Class D and E) and two misdemeanors all DISMISSED! I only had to do 10 days of community service, that's it. No fines, nothing else, because Josh Weiss is very good at what he does! He is obviously well liked and has good rapport withi...n the legal system of professionals. Whatever he said to the prosecutor and judge worked. He was honest with me from the beginning and didn't sugar coat anything. He told me what I could possibly expect/what might happen. He also didn't try to scare me into hiring him like a few other attorneys that I interviewed. Josh took the time during our initial consultation to actually listen to me and THAT was what sold me into hiring him. It wasn't the same lack of attention I got from his competition; the others didnt take the consultation seriously, but Josh did. In addition Rachel, his assistant is the sweetest person and extremely knowledgeable. She will put you at ease with the way she talks. She is the one I talked to every time I had a question. I didn't need to talk to Josh bc she was able to help me every single time. She knows the legal system, she knew of my Judge. I only spoke with Josh initially for a consultation and then a few days before court bc I requested it, otherwise I had Rachel who provided same day responses. Josh worked with me on payment. They use an app which keeps all communications, dates and payment history etc in your account so you have it all anytime - Love it, so easy and convenient! Josh did everything once we were in court and all I had to do was sit. I was so scared and Josh made me laugh with his witty one liners, that helped, lol. He has a really good personality and will make you feel protected. Hiring him was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. While sitting at home waiting, I was freaking out up until the court date so I would read his reviews online to feel better. Worked every time to give me hope. A little over a year ago I found myself in some legal trouble. I had no clue as to what I was gonna do for an attorney because frankly I couldn’t afford one. A close friend of mine reached out to me after speaking with Josh and told me to contact him for a consultation. So I did. I had a meeting sche...duled with him and Rachel, his assistant, a day or so later. During the meeting he went into FULL DETAIL about my rights as an individual and as a potential client. Based off everything that I had told him he responded to all my questions and concerns. He then proceeded to tell me his thoughts and opinions on my particular case and what he could do for me as an attorney if I choose to hire him. I admit on the inside I was a little skeptical at first because I was thinking no way! Well for my first appearance in court Josh got 3 out of 4 charges dismissed and the other one was dismissed after 6 months of counseling and good behavior. Josh did everything he told me he was gonna do and completely surprised me. And what he charged me was a fraction of what everyone else would’ve. He truly is amazing. He takes his job and his clients very seriously and will absolutely do everything in his power to help his client. I wish I could give him more stars because 5 doesn’t do him any justice.

My husband and my self used Mr. Weiss when my husband had chargers. Mr. Weiss is a very dependable lawyer. Not only did he keep in touch with everything that was going on, he answered any and all questions. I would definitely use him again if I had to ( Hopefully I never will have to ).
