HIGHLY recommend! You won't regret hiring Josh. Three Felonies ( Class D and E) and two misdemeanors all DISMISSED! I only had to do 10 days of community service, that's it. No fines, nothing else, because Josh Weiss is very good at what he does! He is obviously well liked and has good rapport withi...n the legal system of professionals. Whatever he said to the prosecutor and judge worked. He was honest with me from the beginning and didn't sugar coat anything. He told me what I could possibly expect/what might happen. He also didn't try to scare me into hiring him like a few other attorneys that I interviewed. Josh took the time during our initial consultation to actually listen to me and THAT was what sold me into hiring him. It wasn't the same lack of attention I got from his competition; the others didnt take the consultation seriously, but Josh did. In addition Rachel, his assistant is the sweetest person and extremely knowledgeable. She will put you at ease with the way she talks. She is the one I talked to every time I had a question. I didn't need to talk to Josh bc she was able to help me every single time. She knows the legal system, she knew of my Judge. I only spoke with Josh initially for a consultation and then a few days before court bc I requested it, otherwise I had Rachel who provided same day responses. Josh worked with me on payment. They use an app which keeps all communications, dates and payment history etc in your account so you have it all anytime - Love it, so easy and convenient! Josh did everything once we were in court and all I had to do was sit. I was so scared and Josh made me laugh with his witty one liners, that helped, lol. He has a really good personality and will make you feel protected. Hiring him was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. While sitting at home waiting, I was freaking out up until the court date so I would read his reviews online to feel better. Worked every time to give me hope. Joshua Weiss did an awesome job for me in court. He got a DUI reduced to Reckless Driving, a small bit of Community Service (8 hrs), and the fines dropped at least in half. It has been a very long, hard year of many court dates but when it came to a close it was all worth it in the end. I would recom...mend him to anyone that is in need of an attorney. My son, who lives over 2 thousand miles away from me had been arrested and put in jail. He was facing felony drug possession charges which carried a 3-15 year prison term if found guilty. My son’s car was also involved in the alleged crime making the stakes even higher since his car would be subjec...t to forfeiture. When I needed an attonery and also a compassionate friend, Joshua was all that. I was afraid, he and Kayla,encouraged me. This was a unusual case, but Joshua wired tirelessly to not only be a friend but worked a miracle and had my case not only dismissed.
