I have been working with a debt consolidation co for a couple yrs. that ended up in a garnishment of my wages. feeling stuck I contacted Mr. Epstein office and made an appointment. I was actually going to cancel my appointment, but Mr. Epstein talked me out of it and said just come to your appointmen...t if bankruptcy is not for you then no cost to you. I kept my appointment and I am so glad i did. Mr. Epstein made the whole process easy and comfortable. Anyone thinking about bankruptcy contact Mr. Epstein and listen to what he has to say. I would hire him again but hopefully not.

Our experience with Mr. Epstein firm has been wonderful. We went in not knowing anything about the process of bankruptcy and things were laid out for us while we spoke to Eron in terms that we could understand. The only issue we had was with the worker assigned our case, however a quick email to Mr. ...Epstein and that was taken care of and we were assigned a new worker who has been beyond helpful. As long as you let these people know what you need and how you need it done they will find a way to do it for you! Mr. Epstein and his office staff (most) are the friendliest people I have ever met. They are really a no-judgement hands on lawyers office and I feel they have gone above and beyond to make this process as painless and easy as possible. My husband was laid off of work during the middle of our proceedings and Mr. Epstein sat down with us and explained all of our options again in terms we could understand. His concern was with us and making sure that we could handle payments even without my husbands income. I felt very fortunate to have hired an attorney that did not show annoyance in this situation but true concern for his clients. I was and continue to be very impressed with not only his professionalism but also his truthfulness and care regarding his clients.
