Jad Andrew Duncan

Jad A. Duncan was born in Nashville, Tennessee in 1976.  He attended the University of Tennessee (B.S., 1999) and then attended law school at Nashville School of Law (J.D., 2005).

Mr. Duncan began his law practice in 2005, partnered with his late father, Jimmy A. Duncan.  Currently, Mr. Duncan is the managing partner of the law firm, Hamilton, Gorham & Duncan, PLLC.  

Mr. Duncan’s primary focus is Estate Planning, Estate Representation and Small Business matters. He has compiled experience in the following areas: Representation of estates and litigation associated with estates, conservatorship establishment included complicated litigation involving conservatorships, will drafting, complex estate planning, power of attorney and other legal document drafting, contract drafting / review / litigation, entertainment industry representation and artist representation, General civil litigation, small business representation, Collection matters, real estate litigation, Federal multi district litigation and countless other legal issues.​

Mr. Duncan was selected as Top 3 Attorneys in Nashville in 2010 by the Nashville Scene in its annual “Best of Nashville” awards. Mr. Duncan lives in his home community of Bellevue with his wife and two sons where he served as the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce president and coaches soccer.
