Mr Walker was available when I needed him. During a stressful time, the last thing I wanted to deal with was waiting for answers. We had all of our differences settled prior to hiring this lawyer, so it was only a matter of getting the details onto the proper forms and getting them filed properly. Th...e good: All of the details were handled with no errors. There was minimal input needed from me once everything was filed. Almost everything was done via mail, phone or email. I did not have to attend the hearing(s). The bad: I found the price (beyond mandatory filing fees) to be high, however, it is the standard for Attorneys in the area (and I believe that Mr. Walker is probably on the low side as far as the standard goes) Also, I had forgotten to make a copy of the marital dissolution agreement (in my stressed-out state) and was told that I would be charged another 10.00 for a copy. At the time, that left a very bitter taste in my mouth, after the fees that I had just paid for a pretty simple divorce. Overall: The process was explained pretty well to me, and everything went smooth, with very little exception. I liked that emails were answered very quickly. Mr. Walker does not hire a receptionist, so when you call, you get him on the phone. I actually liked that, although I only had to speak with him by phone one time.

Hire Mr. Walker. You will never use another attorney...! He knows the law and gets the job done...! He said he would get my case dismissed without points on my license and no fines and did just that.
